  1. Find something you really enjoy doing and enjoy keeping active. Finding motivation other than 'weight loss' is best to keep the program working for you. You will focus on the smaller steps that lead to the bigger ones and feel accomplished, rather than defeated.

  2. We are having so much fun in Bollywood inspiration this week! Remember that exercise can be FUN as long as you find your thing. Experiment in different class styles and instructors. Trying something different will challenge your body and in turn, help you burn more calories than the same old!

  3. Fusion Dance Fitness classes can burn 500 - 600 calories in one session! This is good news since it is so much fun and we didn't even realize we were burning that much!
